Happy 41st Birthday, Elliott. Still missing you like crazy.

Dear Mr.Smith,

I played you non-stop during my last year in high school, not realizing your hypnotic voice until a little too late. (I first heard you in middle school, not realizing I would hear your voice again.) I kept playing your music throughout my life, without second thoughts or maybe it was just muscle memory? I would click on Figure 8 or other pieces.

Even now, when things get rough I hum choruses of your songs. Happy Belated, Sir.

Know that you left the earth without ever being forgotten.
